Microsoft awarded the Vodia PBX the Microsoft Teams Direct Routing certification.

The Vodia PBX is the heart of Real PBX service. Hence, the certification applies to Real PBX services as we serve large Teams users with Real PBX.

Users of the combined Teams and Vodia PBX enjoy the secure features and flexibility of the Vodia PBX and the rich Teams collaboration features in a seamless, single, and complete voice and data communication services platform.
 
This certification allows Microsoft Teams clients to use any telephone the Vodia PBX supports, including SIP or Analog phones using an adaptor.

The combined application of Teams and the Real PBX enable Teams' users to apply the PBX Auto Attendant, ring group, call redirection, cell phone features, voice mail to email, IVR, and other features to their daily activities. The PBX processes the calls originating from Teams and PBX users and inbound calls to the Enterprise using the PBX SIP trunks. This feature reduces cost, improves productivity, and enables callers to reach teams and PBX users as a single enterprise Business Voice Communication system.
